Description of the home

One of our housemates is moving out, and we’re currently looking for a new house mate to move into our large house in Abbotsford.

Looking for someone to move in by 15 March 2018, move in date is negotiable.

The room available is very large (approx. 6.3x5.5 metres), and includes an en suite and walk in wardrobe. The room also has a balcony that fronts onto the street and its own air conditioning. The room takes up the entire second level, and Is separated by a reverse 90 degree staircase from the rest of the house. The room doesn't have a door, so it can be a little noisy for people living up there if anyone is doing anything downstairs.

The house itself has ducted heating and air conditioning. There is a good size lounge area with home cinema set up, dining area and kitchen area which are all shared. We have a pretty sick outdoor area with a table tennis table.

The house is located in an awesome area, with loads of cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance from the house. Victoria Street is located about 75 metres from the front door. Public transport is really accessible with trams along Victoria Street regularly heading to the city.

Parking is available.

There will be additional costs for the bond, and we would want you to sign onto the lease.

The room is available for $260 per week for a single, and $320 per week for a couple.
Power, gas, phone, internet and cleaning products for the house.
Bills and costs for household cleaning items are shared.
