I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Alderley and am looking for a housemate. The place is fully furnished except for the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and so are the shared areas. There is a living area and balcony upstairs with a great view and a shady courtyard off the second living area downstairs. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher.
The townhouse is right next to a park and within walking distance to many shops, the train station and bus services.
I have two cats already so no more pets please! Looking for a professional housemate.
