Fully air conditioned room for rent in a modern Queenslander home, Cairns City. Having recently finished furnishing my home, I am looking for a new room mate to move in as soon as possible. The room is partly furnished (see attached images), bathroom with a separate toilet is shared with myself, large garden (would consider outside pet), secure car parking available, air conditioned throughout, and only a 5 minute walk to anywhere in the city!
