A bright large bedroom that’s large enough to accommodate a queen size bed, plus a set of drawers and bookcase. It has carpet on the floor and large windows that have a great leafy outlook. There is a large double built in robe and also a built-in vanity with a mirror. We are set back from the street so the bedroom is super quiet. It also has great wall insulation so you never hear neighbours and only rarely your other housemates.

A great 3 bedroom apartment in Armadale. It features a large living area with comfortable sofas and dining table, a private east facing balcony that gets lots of morning light. Renovated Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a separate toilet. Being the top floor we get lots of sunlight and nice views over rooftops in the area.

We’re in a great location only a few minutes walk to Armadale station or trams on High Street and Dandenong Road. There are lots of close supermarkets, cafes, gyms and restaurants in the area. We don’t have a garage available but it is easy to park in the area or get a permit for street parking.

You would replace me on the month-to-month lease. This lease has been month to month for about 7 years so don't be scared off by that!

Hi, I am Kate and I am unfortunately the one that is moving out. I am only moving as I am going overseas and then moving in with my partner. This is a great apartment that I will be terribly sad to leave.

Taryn - Taryn is in her early 30s and enjoys an active lifestyle. Studying while having her own PT business and also playing competitive beach volleyball. During the week you’ll find her in and out of the apartment a lot with all her different commitments and then studying or out and about in the evenings. Taryn enjoys a clean and organized home, though she isn’t over the top about it – we all get busy! She is super fun, friendly, considerate and respectful

Josh - Josh is in his late 20's and from Canada. During the week he works full time and keeps himself busy with sport and social activities. Josh is relatively new to the house as he moved in January. Both housemates have their own lives going on but also enjoy the occasional drink together.

If you’re after a drama-free home and don’t mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tide, then we are on the same page. We think it is great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other’s space and privacy.
