Our beautiful and comfortable home is a second floor brick apartment (1 of 4 apartments) located just 1 min from the lovely Abbotsford Convent. We are walking distance from the local shopping strip on Johnston Street and The HIVE shopping centre (Woolworths/Aldi/Chemist Warehouse). We are conveniently situated 2 houses down from the city bus stop (route 200, 207) and walking distance from Victoria Park train station.

The location is a massive selling point with everything within a short walk.

If you like a bit of nature and exercise, we are on the boarder of the beautiful Yarra Boulevard which has a great walking and bicycle track. The Victoria Street Vietnamese precinct is very close by with a huge variety of cheap and delicious restaurants.

The apartment features a large living area with lounge, dining, separate kitchen & pantry, bathroom & rooftop laundry. Whilst down the hallway you'll find 2 bedrooms the master bedroom having an attached enclosed balcony.

The second bedroom, which would be yours, is 3m x 4m room. With hardwood floors and a south facing window. The room has been recently painted white and comes basically furnished with a queen bed (with doona/duvet), clothes rack, 2 beside tables, lamp, desk and a desk chair. We are of course absolutely happy for you to put your own personality into the room and decorate it however you like.
