Other information
Your bedroom is 2.7 x 2.8 m, and should comfortably fit a bed and desk. It has a generous built in wardrobe, and a huge window which gives it a lot of natural light and a homely feel. As I have an ensuite, you will effectively have your own modern bathroom.

Home Description

Description of the home

This 10th floor apartment is just off Victoria Street, right between the vibrant Richmond and Abbotsford areas. Tram routes 109 and 12 are less than a 5 minute walk away, and will take you right to the city, and to St Kilda if you fancy a beach trip. In the other direction, suburbs like Hawthorn and Box Hill are very accessible.

The apartment block has its own gym and 25m pool, but there are plenty of other sporting options in the area such as commercial gyms, dojos, and pilates studios. There’s no shortage of restaurants and cafes if you like to eat out, and there is a Coles and IGA a short walk away.

The apartment itself is quite modern, with a large balcony overlooking the Yarra River. Your bedroom is 2.7 x 2.8 m, and should comfortably fit a bed and desk. It has a generous built in wardrobe, and a huge window which gives it a lot of natural light and a homely feel. As I have an ensuite, you will effectively have your own modern bathroom.

About the occupants
Hi I’m Michael, I'm an electrical engineer, and I’ve recently relocated from Queensland. In my free time I generally just do stuff like read or play computer games in my room. I don’t mind a chat and a drink while cooking 😊 I really love soccer and will join a social team sometime soon. My girlfriend Jessica is studying physiotherapy in Brisbane, but visits on her university holidays and for the occasional weekend. This ends up being a significant chunk of the year, so she is effectively a housemate too. She’s really lovely, and easy to get along with.
Compatible people
I generally prefer to do my own (vegetarian) cooking, so someone who is independent and doesn’t mind doing their own thing would be good. I put in an effort to clean-up after myself in public areas, but am easy-going and not too fussy as long as things are hygienic. Inner city renting is quite costly, so this place would suit a working professional or a student with some money behind them.
