The room is quite small but large enough to still fit a double bed in. It has a large set of windows with curtains and a large blind for privacy. The room is next to the sunroom which leads onto the front door. The tenant can use the sunroom which has huge windows to let in plenty of sunlight. The new tenant can use the sunroom for themselves so really you are getting two rooms with this house.

I am only looking to rent out one room along with a sunroom as well here in beautiful Long Jetty. I have plenty of furniture but whoever moves in must have their own bed and other essentials. The tenant can have access to all other rooms in the house like kitchen, lounge room, bathroom and so on. The neighbours are great and its very close to the beach and lake. Its also very close to public transport if needed.

This house was built in the 60/70s on a double block so has a large back yard. its quite a nice place with lots of space. It has a sunroom at the front right next to the room I am letting out. Also it has a fireplace (combustion fire place) a decent kitchen and separate dinning room. Also a outside laundry and toilet. The bathroom is small but still not to small. The house is fully carpeted although the carpet is quite old but its not to bad and is not shag pile rather low pile which does not get as much dust and dirt as the latter type of carpet. Its a fairly quiet street and a good distance away from main roads.

Bills and expenses

Basically theres only electricity for there are never any water bills to pay here and I am happy with around a third of the bill which is usually about $600 a quarter. If there is a water bill, which I have not had in nine years here, then we can go halves in it. No gas.
