Great little home in a beautiful part of New Town.
Easy walk to the bus or a straight walk down Elizabeth St to the city.
New carpet, freshly painted. Simple but really homely. In the floor plan bedroom 2 is yours and also bedroom 3 which is fully set up as second lounge with everything you need including a large tv.
High speed NBN internet available for $25 per month.
Only downside is a shared bathroom however being in real estate my timetable is very flexible so happy to allocate a time that's fits around your schedule. There is a second toilet outside which is a good back-up.

I am a real estate agent so I work a lot, obviously my weekends are busy, especially Saturdays and some Sundays. I like a clean home and this isn't a party house as I work weekends. Don't get me wrong, always up for a few vinos and a good bbq when not working and the weather is nice!
