About the occupants
You’ll be sharing with my partner and I. I am 31 and he is 32 years old. We have a half husky half labrador dog, he’s very loving and loves to play. Im a dance instructor and performer and I run my own business. My partner has a full time sales corporate job and also does acting classes in the evenings. We’re both very easy going, love keeping the flat super tidy and looking incredible always. I’m home mainly in the mornings and I leave just before midday and don’t return until late at night due to my work. My partner works in the office most of the days and has night acting classes twice a week. We love to share a meal or dessert (I rarely drink) and also appreciate downtime just as much.

The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.
A gorgeous marble table, a marble tv unit, the most comfortable L shape couch you’ll ever sit on and a large brand new TV.

You’ll have a very spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, a wardrobe and aircon. You’ll have your own bathroom with a big shower and access to the balcony from your bedroom. It’s honestly an incredible flat 😊

The flat is on the top level of the building and has a beautiful and breathtaking balcony view.

The building has a pool, a sauna, a gym and a spa. The place is equipped with brand new furniture and I always keep it in immaculate condition. You’ll fall in love with it if you inspect it during sunset 🥰

A good flat mate for us would be someone that likes dogs and gets along with them. Someone tidy and clean as well, and easy going.
Social enough to say hello and good bye but happy to also respect your own space.

Our dogs name is Simba. He’s only two years old, and is an absolute gorgeous dog. Very loving, affective and an absolute cutie. He’s a half husky half Labrador and loves treats and walks 🥰
