Home Description

Description of the home

Our obscenely spacious, 3-storey townhouse in leafy Abbotsford is looking for a new resident. Just steps away from the Gipps St footbridge in a quiet cul-de-sac, here, the furniture is interesting, the ceilings are high and the vibe is mature but enjoyable. It's a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pad with two large living areas, amazing views of the Convent and a wider-than-average staircase. It’s less than a 10min walk from Collingwood Station, the 96 tram and the Hive shopping complex on Victoria St.

About the occupants
Three mature, left-inclined, queer, professionals - Daniel and Colin (couple) and Josie. We all have our own thing going on, but love a house filled with laughter, yummy food, nice furniture and happy plants. It’s a grownup share house where we all take responsibility for keeping it clean and generally awesome.
Compatible people
Who are we looking for? A legend, obviously. Ideally, you are over thirty or thereabouts, employed full time, house-trained and happy living with queer people.
