Comfortable older style home in quiet suburb of Croydon, Adelaide.
House is very quiet on a quiet street.
Its not a modern home but its very comfortable
Croydon train station is less than 3 minutes walk, Bus stops 10 & 11 on Port Road are about 2 minutes walk.
Welland Plaza shopping centre is about 5 minutes walk. There is a Coles supermarket, Australia Post office, Sushi Train, Pizza Hut, Butcher and numerous other specialty shops there
The beach is easy access on the train.
Adelaide city is only about 20 minutes by public transport
