Our large, newly renovated, accessible, New York warehouse style apartment has lots of lovely natural light, from 6m high windows in the main living space. Also a balcony looking out to the street and courtyard. It is close to Hutt Street, restaurants, cafes, pubs and cinemas. It is a 15 min walk to Rundle Mall and close to lots of pubic transport.

Our common areas are fully furnished, including air conditioning, TV, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a weekly cleaner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a shared bathroomand a study area. A car space is available.
