Lovely large Queensalander house with a nice backyard and fire pit, nice views of the city and bush land area. Close to the Alexandrea Hospital and close to the UQ. Quiet neighbourhood away from the busy traffic. The small room is furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe with room for desk etc The large room is empty and if a couple decided to take it rent would increase by 20bucks.
