Description of the home
A quiet area with plenty on and off street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking at any time of day. We have Taigum Shopping centre only a 5min walk away and another shopping complex with Gym, bottle shop and IGA only a 3 min walk away. Public transportation is close by as well with a Bus Stop only a few houses away.
The room is currently unfurnished though open for discussion. Unlimited Fast NBN, water and power included in rent (T&C apply). Basic household items, ie: Toilet paper, dish liquid and the like included along with lawn maintenance, I find this keeps things argument free.
Neighbours on both sides are all girls and thier rad, friendly people, it's also not uncommon to be at one anothers house sucking on a few stubbies.
I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months , though not a deal breaker if shorter, but ideally someone long term. a non smoker is preferred though also not a deal breaker. This is not a party house, yes we have a few bevvies during the week and turn it up sometimes on weekends but as a whole, we work and have to be up early every week day, that makes it sound all work and no play but it really isn't.
I'm not the best at selling things, obviously, so at this point Ill handball it to you, if you have any questions, call, text or message and I can tell you whatever you need to know.
There is also some free space if you have some excess furniture/gear.

Respect and common sense over rules is more my thing so basically dont act like a penis and I wont treat you like one.
There's no OCD here about what goes where but do like a nice clean place.
I do have commitments on the Sunshine Coast and spend most weekends up there for-filling them.
Most afternoons after work I'm tinkering away in the garage on one thing or another, currently rebuilding my 4WD. Sometimes I hide at the pub being someones pain in the arse but by all means it is not my second home. Like most people on here, I can be chatty at times but by all means, not an intense conversationalist, just regular chatty, however I do enjoy my own space from time to time. I'm horrible at advice but will still hand it out like Oprah on a give away regardless so strap in for some of that action.
Meals are no big deal, do your own or share meals, previously we have mixed it up a bit, shared, individual, theres literally been no system regarding meals, we all feel different on a daily basis.
