The apartment is a light filled modern space and your room has a great view onto the back courtyard green walls. It means the room remains fresh during summer, though if it does get too hot there is an aircon. There is also a balcony upstairs, great for reading in the sun.
The location is fantastic, with train and trams (57, 58, and 59) around the corner, and is on a little laneway so is very quiet even though we are next to Flemington Road.

We get electricity and water bills, which get divided equally between all housemates. We currently have netflix too if needed.
