The apartment is a light filled modern space and your room has a great view onto the back courtyard green walls. It means the room remains fresh during summer, though if it does get too hot there is an aircon. There is also a balcony upstairs, great for reading in the sun.
The location is fantastic, with train and trams (57, 58, and 59) around the corner, and is on a little laneway so is very quiet even though we are next to Flemington Road.

About the occupants
Kalista (24y.old) works full time as a contract administrator. Kal always has fun stories to share and is great company. She is often out and about, enjoying coffees or beers at the local pub with friends. Osh (32y.old) is a great cook and always keen to share his creations. He works full time in the city (finance) and likes a good chat and a glass of wine after work to relax. He is also the house puppy's owner, and takes care of him.

Description of pets
Puppy Milo is the most beautiful little Jack Russel. He is playful and loves people and cuddles. He is already house trained which means minimal chance of a bad surprise when you get home from work!
