Hey everyone,

We have one room in our 3 bedroom house in Annandale up for grabs ASAP.

It is a decent sized room that could fit a double or queen bed and a small wardrobe. The living room and kitchen are combined with all appliances sorted. Big front courtyard with our beloved plants at the front and a nice sunny spot to sit in the afternoons.

The house is a 5 min walk up to Parramatta Road and about a 10 min walk to the main streets of Annandale, so public transport is super easy and pretty regular.

We're looking for someone to move in within the next week ideally, and to live here until July/August when our lease ends (with potential opportunity to extend).
