Shannon and I are looking for one other/couple to fill the room to fill the 3rd room! Shannon and I are easy going, friendly, social people that care about our house being a tidy, positive space. We like having friends over for dinner parties or casual drinks, but we also like to keep things clean and have some peace and quiet. the house will be basically fully furnished when you come along.

- 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a modest yard and a deck on bull st, cooks hill
- the room will be available at the end of March
- large open bedroom
- 2 blocks from Darby st, 4 blocks from market town, walking distance to Hunter st and bar beach, basically super close to everything
- street parking will need to buy a parking permit from the council
