We’ve just signed a new lease and are looking for a third person to join us when we move to our new apartment!

The apartment is a large 3 bedroom flat located in a Meriton building in Waterloo. There is access to a gym and pool/sauna facility and you will also have your own car space.

It’s close to shops and a short walk up to all the bars and cafes of Surry Hills. As we are just moving in to this flat it is clean and tidy and has recently been renovated.

We are Catherine and Ryan and have been living together for over a year. I work in corporate affairs and Ryan is a landscape architect. We both like to exercise, try new restaurants and we go out for a lot of brunch!

As we currently are not occupying the new flat, we would love to meet you first then organise a viewing of the apartment with the building management, this can only be done between 9-4 Monday - Friday.
