Brand new, stylish and bright two story townhouse, in the heart of Thornbury. The house is just newly built with a modern contemporary design. Please note, the furniture in the images are not mine (except last few images with yellow rug).
I have one bedroom available with it’s own ensuite. You can also enjoy the bright, open plan kitchen, meals and living area upstairs with balcony and leafy outlook. Includes concealed laundry downstairs, alarm and video intercom, hearing and cooling.
Short 8 minute walk to High street, trams to the city, cafes and shops. 20-25 minute drive to the city or 30-35 minutes on the tram.
You’ll be living with a 28yo female, professional. You’re welcome to inspect if it feels like a good fit.
