Wanted two easy going house mates......
I have a large 4 bedroom house in Elanora in quiet cut-de-sac with bushland surrounding. House situated about 5km to Currumbin/Palm Beach. About 2 mins drive to M1 and Pines Shopping centre.

I have had flatmates consistently over the past 3 years both females and males varying in age form 22 to 52.

My bedroom/ensuite is at the front of the house with large kitchen/lounge/dining area. There is a separate lounge room with the remaining 3 queen size bedrooms all with built ins down the hallway of the house. The house is fully furnished and 1 bedroom has queen size bed, chest of draws and bedside tables. Only people that are prepared and able to pay rent on time every time need apply. I have my own business and work most days. I'm not worried about age or sex just people that are easy going and can sit down and have a beer or wine when the occasion arises. Electricity and unlimited internet to be split. I'm happy to look after the outside and share inside cleaning duties. I currently have a dog and outside dogs will be considered to share the backyard. Small gym set up in garage with rower.
