Description of the home
Hi! Our lovely abode is an older house yet very spacious and able to accommodate five people. We are a house of four looking to fill the fifth bedroom for a year lease. While this might seem like a chaotic household, the floorplan of the house is quite spread out – we aren’t living on top of each other :) the bedroom available is in its own wing with one other bedroom and bathroom, so you would be sharing a bathroom with only one other person. There are two separate large living areas where we like to chill out and hang as a household. We have a lovely garden and outdoor living area which is awesome in Summer, we’re always out enjoying some bevs and a BBQ. We have a double access point driveway for parking, or alternatively free street parking is available. The house is fully furnished, although you will need your own furniture for the bedroom.
We are located across the road from Wattle Park, a two-minute walk to the 70 tramline, and only a five-minute drive to Deakin University, Surrey Hills Station, and Coles.

Bills and expenses
We split all bills equally amongst us. Per month bills include:
- Internet $13.50
- Gas $15-30 (on average)
- Electricity $15-30 (on average)
Water is paid quarterly and averages at $50-70. A gardener is also included in our rent.

Sophie is a 22-year-old student also studying Psychology/Criminology. She is a lively individual who loves to bake, read and tell bad jokes. She spends most her time either babysitting to get that extra cash money (don’t tell Centrelink) or in the lounge room either binge watching crime documentaries or finishing off her university readings for the week. If you are aspire to be healthy and eat only greens don’t go near her. She will offer you chocolate, muffins and an endless supply of cookies.
Jack is a 21-year-old student studying International Relations. He is a social butterfly who loves a boogie and a bev, and rarely spends a Saturday night at home. If he does, we are sure to know about it. He likes to keep fit and healthy, and is the house fitspo. Can make a mean cheese platter, so you can bring the wine. Lol.
Monica is a 23-year-old student studying Environmental Science. She has a passion for animals and wildlife conservation. She is the human equivalent to Daria (the 90s cartoon), as you will rarely see her venture out of her lair – unless she is on the hunt for snacks. She also has feline companion named Allie who is the Queen of the house.
We all love to hang out and enjoy doing things together, however, we all respect each other’s privacy and downtime! We are generally quite a clean household and like to keep common areas neat and tidy. LGBT and 420 friendly!
