You’ll be at the end of the hallway, next to the bathroom in a large room, no air conditioning but there is a split system in the lounge room for the your comfort when/if you may desire it. Room receives a good amount of sun but has heavy curtains which do a good job or blocking out the bulk of it.

A bit about the house:
We are a tidy household, respectful smokers, who enjoy gardening and sitting in the sun in our beautiful yard. Big house with high ceilings, open lounge room, laundry, toilet separate, large bathroom with shower and bath (very small), three bedroom with a gorgeous and large yard with a veggie patch!

Bills and expenses
Rent is 140 per week paid fortnightly not including bills. A bond of $840 will be needed as the landlords will require you to sign the lease.

I am 26 and studying anthropology and Indigenous studies at uni, in my final semester before attempting post grad work next year. I am a quiet, but open, clumsy and loving person who is respectful and always working to better myself. I enjoy anything that feeds my soul, like gardening, the sun, and coffee.
A bit about Audrey:
I am 20 years old, queer. I am a trained horticulturist but looking for a total career change so just working part time at the moment. I love good food, good wine, gardening and good chats. But I also really value my own space. Most of all I love my cat. He's very important to me so another cat lover would be ideal for me!
We take our Cats health and well-being very seriously, so a potential roomie will need to understand and respect that they are indoor cats. We are super careful about leaving doors and windows closed and we require the same care from you.
Unfortunately we can not have any more pets. Captive animals such as fish may negotiated by yourself with the landlords.
