I'm offering a large room, your choice of furnished or unfurnished.
o a walk-in robe, new blinds and block-out curtains
o 5 min walk to Woolworths and the Banyo train station
o 10 min walk to ACU (if you're go to uni there)
o 10 min drive from Brisbane airport (but not under the flight path).
o If you really like shopping, it's a 7 mins drive to DFO and 10 mins to Westfield Chermside.
o linen is not included.
This is my home; it's not a rental so please be respectful of that. The house is fully secured, including a back-to-base security system with security cameras.
The house is on a large block so off-street parking is abundant. There is also a work shed out back, if you're in need of a little extra storage.
I work full time and enjoy my weekends and evenings to myself, just relaxing at home, spending time in my garden, generally just doing my own thing.
I have two beautiful Beagles who mean the world to me. They are indoor dogs but only when I am home, so that is something you will need to consider. If that is an issue for you, please don't apply.
As a condition of moving in, I will ask you to provide me with a Federal Police Check - if you hold an ASIC Card, military ID or have been vetted by a federal government department, I am happy to accept sight of that. I’m opening my home to a stranger - I am merely asking you to provide me with some assurance that you don’t have a police record. In return, I will provide you with a copy of my police check.
You can apply for a Federal Police Check online for $42, and they’re generally available within 24 hrs. And I require the above to be provided “before” moving in, not after. If you’re not prepared to provide me with the above, then this isn't the place for you.

I'm a single Lady, straight, non-smoker. I would prefer a non-smoker, but if you must, you can smoke on the back deck only.
And 'no smoking' also means no vaping. And the use of any illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited. (I've been burnt before).
