The house has a pool with tropical surroundings, spa (only on during winter time), off street parking, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, clean, tidy, quiet and peaceful area and only 5.5kms to Griffith Uni and the University Hospital. 3 TV's, small, medium and large. Recently renovated Bathroom. Bathroom will be shared with the other boarder. There will only be 3 guys in the house, myself and 2 boarders. 4th bedroom is my office.

As owner of the house I have lived here for 20 years and have had numerous boarder's over that time ranging in age from 22 years to guy's in their 50's. I am in my early 60's but get on well with all ages. I work part time in the Health Industry and as a PT and live a healthy lifestyle. Don’t smoke, drink or take drugs, not a party house. Into gym, beach, surfing, obstacle course racing. Have stocked my double shed with gym equipment that housemates can use. I’m an easy going laid back guy and will not invade your space. If you want to keep to yourself, that’s fine, if you want to socialize that’s fine too.

Looking for housemates between the ages of 25 to 50 that are non-smokers, no drug’s, tidy, clean, responsible, easy going type of guy, no hang ups. You must be working full time or a student able to support yourself. As I live a healthy lifestyle I would find it difficult to live with someone who is a couch potato and eats McDonalds or KFC all week. Ideally suit someone into fitness/sport.
