Suitable for only one person, students/professionals,/young workers. There are 2 separate studio rooms on rent, each of them is self-contained with individual kitchenette, bathroom, split system air conditioner and fan with remote control, and private entry.

Located in the backside of the main house, these individual studio rooms face the big garden, with all separate entries, locks. Each unit has it's own entrance, kitchen, fridge, cooktop, toilet-bath, your own little space. Only common laundry.

Located in Beenleigh Town Centre, one mins. walk to Trinity College and State High School. Ten mins. walk to Train-station. Two minutes walk to Mcdonalds, and 5 mins. to Aldi shopping and all other restaurants and offices including Government offices. Lovely backyard, can do lots of gardening and planting of veggie garden if interested. Peaceful place and quiet street.

Strict rules with no alcohol, tobacco/smoking in the rooms or on premises, no loud music, overnight stays or parties with friends. Available for hard-working young students/professionals/workers

I live in the main house at front, and work in the community services sector (Aged Care) for the last 8 years and I enjoy my work! I like practicing Yoga and swimming, and doing a bit of gym, hiking and camping. I am in my 40s but feel like a teenager! I'm mostly out at work during the day. When at home I love cooking and gardening whenever I find time.
