The ground floor includes one bedroom, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchenette, a storage room, and a terrace. Street parking is available in front of the house. The rooms are unfurnished. There is room for washing machine and the fridge. Rent: $450.
The house is located in the Bracken Ridge area. There is a park nearby as well as a Coles supermarket.
I am currently living alone in the house and occupy the top floor. I am a quiet and respectful person with no addictions. I work full-time and maintain a clean, peaceful living environment.
I like to ride on motorcycles, I like to watch tv and play computer games. I like from time to time to have a lunch or dinner outside.
