One bedroom granny flat, one bedroom, built in robe, kitchenette, small living area and private bathroom located in a backyard.
I have a small army of pets (cats and very friendly dog) and often travel for work at short notice so rent is cheap as some pet feeding assistance may be required.
Ideally I am searching for a young person (male or female) who is trustworthy, quiet and reliable. Ideally a uni student, tradie etc.

I have one very friendly Koolie dog who loves to play ball and five cats. Four are very friendly and one is cranky but he will leave you alone and sleep in the shed or inside. There is an inbuilt catio with its own yard so the cats will spend the majority of time in there or the main house.
