1 bedroom, 1 kitchenette,1 Bathroom, equipped with Dryer, washing machine, air-con (obviously used when needed)
1 x Undercover Parking.
also, feel free to use my pool and BBQ area whenever.
I got 3 dogs so i can't have anyone with pets in there.

Quiet Street in Daisy Hill, walking distance to John Paul College and also IGA and shops.
I work 9~5 and im mostly overseas, so i wont be around much. Also got 3 huge dogs in the property so its better if you actually like dogs.
however you will have your own access to and from the Granny Flat and wont even have to interact with the dogs.
Happy to have your partner visit but no loud parties, or endless stream of Strangers etc.
no pets.
