Private room in a peaceful downstairs unit with a separate entrance, ideal for a student, working professional or traveller.
My partner and I live upstairs with our generally quiet, settled newborn. The downstairs space is separate, offering privacy and a comfortable living environment. We only need access to use the washing machine, usually once a week, and will arrange a suitable time in advance to minimise disruption.
