I am listing this home on behalf of my mother-in-law who lives upstairs.

The listing is for a fully-furnished, self-contained apartment with one bedroom.

This is not a party home and we would prefer that you only apply if you are quiet, clean-living and respectful of my mother-in-law upstairs. She is very kind, friendly and loving lady in her 80s.

Underneath her home is a fully-furnished, self-contained apartment that includes:
- private, separate entry
- security screens on entry door and windows
- combined living room and kitchen with stove, oven and fridge
- air-conditioning in the living room and kitchen
- main bedroom with direct access to bathroom
- shared laundry (shared with mother-in-law). The apartment can be secured separately to the laundry.
- front entry has access to the front garden with table and chairs that can be used as your own courtyard (not fenced but semi-private with hedges)

I'm listing this apartment on behalf of my mother-in-law. Her house is upstairs and this apartment is underneath their house.
