OPTION 1:

I have a gorgeous, entirely private, self contained and lockable studio retreat / granny flat for rent downstairs.

The Studio has it's own separate front door and carport space, en-suite, toilet, kitchenette + use of massive pool, laundry, BBQ space with valley views & outdoor garden area.

Nestled amongst the lush green surrounds of The Gap, all bills (electricity, broadband wi fi, water, garden & pool maintenance, standard maintenance) are included in the price.

Option 2:

The double apartment basically consists of 2 huge rooms. The first is the main room above, nearly 40 m2, 3 room (inc separate toilet and bathroom) studio apartment. The 2nd room is a HUGE multipurpose room attached to the 1st. All entirely lockable of course.

Both massive rooms + laundry, toilet, bathroom, kitchenette and everything else mentioned = $450

THE AREA

Parks, bike/walkways, gyms, public transport direct to & from the city are at your doorstep and The Gap's iconic 'Brisbane Forest Park' with its bush land, wildlife & Reservoir (chill, sunbathe, swim, mountain bike, hike, kayak or meander around the waterside trails) is a few mins walk away.

The Gap is 10 km odd out of the city and a highly sought suburb due to the fact that it's a valley surrounded on all three sides by mountains - Mt Coot-tha, Mt Nebo (Mt Glorious,) and Taylor’s Range hence renowned for its remarkable beauty, native bushland, safety, parks, liveability and lifestyle. That said, two x major shopping centres and with everything from Bunnings, Coles, Woolies, outlet stores, late night chemists, health food stores and even The Gap's own craft beer and gin bar are 3 minutes drive either side.

The apt is available now so viewings as needed. Hit me back here and please try and give me at least a few basic facts about yourself so I'm as sure as i can be that you're not an axe murderer.

For unfurnished 'seekers', if you want 'furnished' - I can do. I just presume people generally prefer a clean slate and hence have it advertised as such.
