Description of the home
The advertised dwelling is a brand new attached one bedroom granny flat, with interior and exterior lockable entry doors. It has a large bedroom with walk-in robe, a separate ensuite style bathroom and a large (5.4 x 4.4 metres) living/dining/kitchen. The main house has three bedrooms. Of these two are occupied, by myself (the owner) and a friend. We are both well over 40, friendly and quiet.
In a very quiet, minimal traffic street in a pleasant subdivision with easy access to Tuggerah Lake shore walk/bike track, and 5 minutes drive to Shelly and Bateau Bay beaches.
The flat has access to an enclosed yard, suitable for a calm, friendly dog.
