Our cosy Mid Century 1 bedroom guesthouse/studio is just a short walk to Umina Beach and Umina town centre. We are on a quiet cul de sac and it's truly like a farmstay yet 75 mins (or 90 in traffic) to Sydney.

We have planted a beautiful garden around the studio for privacy screening and the large grasses and trees create a gorgeous sanctuary and separation from the road and neighbouring properties. There is a little seating area with umbrella and a daybed for your private use!

Perfect for city folks and nature lovers looking for a weekender, hoping to make a sea change, or seeking a tranquil escape from the city. Or for locals looking for short-term rental accommodation.

With the beach, national parks and local town centre just a short walk away it's a true oasis of relaxation and charm. We live in the main house which is connected to the studio but we we are totally separate. If you prefer to keep to yourself, that's ok!
