It’s actually your own studio apartment, completely separate to the main house. The rent includes water, electricity and wi-fi….
It’s not huge (about 30m2) but it has its own kitchen and bathroom on the top level and downstairs laundry.
The lower area which has the laundry is also used for storage and clothes drying - it’s shared with the tenants in the main house. There’s plenty of space there.
The main house is waterfront and has its own jetty, the studio is behind that. There are small water views out of one window….
The main house is also tenanted, awesome people, very easy to get along with.
1km to Woy Woy train station, it’s a great little place to live!
