Spacious one bedroom granny flat in Nightcliff.
Sharing the property with a professional couple, six year old and 4 year old.
Open plan unit with sun-filled light, air conditioning, louvred throughout, fully furnished including lounge, small table and chairs, kitchenware, double bed, fridge, stove, convection-benchtop-oven and shared washing machine.
Own bathroom, however it is out the back of our yard beside the pool and the shower has cold water only but hey in this weather I'm chosing to use cold only anyway.
All bills included.
Wifi can be arranged for $10 extra a week.
10 minute walk to the Nightcliff Foreshore and a short 3 minute stroll to shops, public transport, Nightcliff markets and gym.
Access to our large swimming pool during the day.
Single person preferred but the right couple considered for a small surcharge.
