The studio comes self contained & furnished. Plenty of cupboard space & built-in robe. All linnen provided.
Private entrance & security mesh on windows & entrance. Low ceiling in entry kitchenette/laundry area due to original house design. Not an issue if you are under 180cm !! Ensuite upstairs on upper level. Lounge, bed and study nook on lower level. Covered outdoor erea.
We are a family of 3 living upstairs so you may hear some noise at times but we are fairly quiet people.
No party's, couples or pets. No smoking inside but ok outside. We value our own and our tenants privacy but will assist in any way we can if asked.
