Description of the home
Self contained partially furnished granny flat with king size loft bed, air con, kitchen with lots of storage and all cutlery utensils cooking plates bowls etc, new pool just outside the flat. Laundry is Attached to the house on the back deck with external door. Close to bus stop (200m). 100m walk to river and parks. 5 min drive to harbour town or paradise point. We have two dogs a kelpie and a shitzu very friendly, and a toddler. We are very active and keep busy, plus we go away on holidays a bit and would love someone that likes dogs and that can keep an eye on them while we are away if possible.

Power is included unless we notice a big jump in our bill ( roughly $50-$70 per month) we have solar and are pretty mindful with power usage.
