We have a granny flat available that’s at the back of our house overlooking our pool. There’s cupboards for storage, air conditioning, a sink, shower, toilet, basin, a fridge, your own private area. The stove top currently isn’t working but we can fix that for the applicant, and we can fit a combo washer/drier in place of the wine fridge. The granny flat comes furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, bar stools, floor rug and one large wall hanging. Price negotiable depending on your circumstances and length of lease.
