This bedroom is our studio apartment which is available for short to medium stays of around 1 week to 3 months at a time. It is situated in our back garden. We can offer off street parking and electronic access. It has a front loader washing machine, a good sized fridge and kitchenette with a microwave, small oven and stove top. We live on site with our two children so can help out if you have any problems. It would suit a professional or academic who needs fully furnished accommodation for a period of time.

Hi there! My name is Melissa and I live in the house on this property. We have a studio apartment in the back garden that is available. I live in the house with my husband John and our two children. We're happy to have a chat and have some fruit trees in our yard if you're interested in gardening. I am a teacher by trade but also work in my husband's business when I 'm not ferrying my children to various commitments. My son is into soccer and my daughter loves ballet. The Studio apartment is self contained so we're happy to let you have your space. Unfortunately my son has allergies so we are not pet friendly.

We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and fairly considerate of noise levels as we have small people who need to sleep. As the studio is quite contained, this will probably never be an issue. Ideally you are a professional who is friendly and sociable but also understands boundaries. Non-smokers only, please.
