Description of the home
The Shed is a fully self contained bungalow that is currently being refreshed after our long term tenant moved out.
There is a separate modern bathroom with a Miele washing machine and a private courtyard to enjoy the warmer nights. The kitchenette has a couple of induction hobs, microwave, kettle and cutlery and crockery.
Please note that whilst these are pictures of the actual space, it is is being refreshed so will look a little cosmetically different (mainly furniture and soft furnishings). The Shed will come partly furnished (bed, bedside tables, fridge, couch, table and chairs) but if you have your own things, these can easily be removed. Just let me know.
The Shed has its own private access via a side laneway. The area is safe and there is plenty of on-street parking.
The Shed is perfectly situated in a location that is >10ks to CBD, 15 minutes on the train to the MCG and sporting precinct, 10 minute walk to Station Street, the Kew Boulevard is a short ride across the Chandler Highway Bridge and for nature lovers Darebin Parklands is 5 minutes away.
