A light-filled, fully furnished heritage loft in Brunswick, offering a calm and comfortable home base for a medium- to long-term stay — ideally 3–6 months or longer.
Set within the historic Hoffman’s Brickworks precinct, this top-floor corner apartment combines character, space and everyday practicality. It’s designed for someone looking to properly settle in and live comfortably, rather than short-term accommodation or a temporary crash pad.
The apartment is fully self-contained and includes:

The space is thoughtfully set up for real life. I lived here myself for many years, so it has been arranged as a genuine home, not just a basic rental. It would suit someone mature, considerate and reliable who wants a peaceful, ready-to-move-into base in Brunswick.
The apartment is around a 10-minute walk to Sydney Road cafés, shops and public transport, with parks, gyms and supermarkets close by. The CBD is approximately 15 minutes away by tram or train. Despite the central location, the apartment has a quiet, community feel, with parklands less than 50 metres away.
For longer-term stays of 3 months or more, I’m happy to remove some soft furnishings such as books, décor and artwork so you can add your own personal touch.
Rent and bond
For leases under six months:
Bond: $1,000
Rent paid fortnightly, two weeks in advance
A written rental agreement will be completed and lodged/registered as required, so the arrangement is clear and properly documented
All-inclusive option: $680 per week, including electricity, Wi-Fi and water.
Please include your employment/income situation and intended length of stay in your first message. I’m only arranging inspections with applicants who provide enough information upfront and appear to be a good fit.
