Bungalow/Office or Art Studio

The bungalow is a separate residence at the back of the main house. Previous tenants have lived here but it may also suit someone with the need for a separate home office or photo/art studio. The space has three rooms, carpeted and semi furnished (fridge, cooking facilities and lounge) with shared access to our spacious backyard. There's no running water in the flat but prevous residents worked their way around that pretty easily by using water dispensers. You have a private toilet, shower and washing up facilities but they are separate to the bungalow. I have a washing machine which you are welcome to use. Good TV reception and WIFI (broadband is extra $20 per month).
It's a great location. A quiet street, short walking distance to public transport: local bus, Anstey train station and Sydney Rd or Melville Rd trams.
Ideal for over 30s single. My preference is for a long term tenant. We live separately but in close proximity.
If this set up suits you it’s likely you will stay for a while. Some previous tenants stayed four years. No pets, no smoking inside, I would prefer someone without excessive drug or alcohol habits. On street parking. Genuine rental references and a verifiable income are essential. If you are the right person we will sign an informal rental agreement (sublet).
