The space is one bed apartment at the back of an office (used as an artist studio) You can choose to be completely separate, or say hello. Your own kitchen/living area 5.6m x 3.9m with windows looking out to an internal 3x3.6m courtyard. The photo has 2 tables, which I will remove to the studio. You will have your own bathroom with room for your washing machine (the front area has a disability loo and kitchenette). The carport only has storage for us, and is shared with the (lovely) 4th year student tenants upstairs. It is situated further down from the main strip of Carnegie, closer to North Road, but the 325 and 326 bus stop is out front. Near a cafe. Close to Packer Park.

About occupants
The property is under a commercial lease. The front of the shop is an artist's space for me, largely a solo meditative practice, drawing, printmaking, acrylic (not smelly!) painting then deviating to whatever grabs my interest (trying wire and paper mache next). I was running classes out of the back room but am winding that down (it didn't work). Currently the bedroom is being used as storage, so I will clear it out. One or both glass tables in the living area will be moved to the front area, depending on what you need. I don't have a couch or bed or washing maching or TV or pots. I don't sleep there. I might sometimes be there till 9pm or so, but mainly during the day.
