Located in Scape Swanston, the Signature Studio Suite is one of the very limited room layouts on floor 40-44.

Looking for a replacement tenant as I am moving out early. My lease ends July 2026, perfect timing if you are only looking to stay for one semester before moving somewhere more permanent. (Scape charges extra for a shorter lease upfront, so by taking over my contract you get a 7-month lease without paying that extra fee.)

FACILITIES:
Suite rooms have access to free communal laundry + a private lounge on the 44th floor (top floors only accessible by Suite room cards).

There is also an event/party space available on the 1st floor, a pool table, outdoor terrace, cinema/game area, communal kitchen, study spaces and meeting rooms. The gym is on the 37th floor.

I’m currently paying $599/w, Scape has recently increased their price on their website to $609/w. If you take over my contract, it will likely be locked at $599/w until the end of the lease (I will check on this!)
