Looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Prahran while I’m back in the UK for a couple of months (August 23rd-October 24th)

Rent to be paid monthly in advance

I will also have a ute available to rent at the same time (2012 Mitsubishi Triton GLX Auto) if you’d wish to use that for $200 a week if interested. Comes with rego, roady, insurance etc.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, preferably full time work, no pets and reliable to take care of the place while I’m away.
