Our unit is a 1 bedroom unit (2nd room study will be used as storage & locked) with a huge bathroom, an open plan living room kitchen and great deck and yard, right off the cool new end of Broadway, just a 4 minute walk from Reservoir station. 2 minutes to the local leisure centre gym, pool, spa & steamrooms and only 10-30mins to Thornbury, Northcote Collingwood and other trendy northside villages on the mernda line or the 86 tram closeby.

The house is airconditioned, fitted with smart electric devices that can be controlled by Alexa and save power and has a few luxuries like a heated floor in the spacious bathroom and a roller door car entrance for secure off street parking and outdoor security cameras for piece of mind.

The garden has veggies growing and a worm farm if gardening is your thing but is also reticulated and will maintain itself too.
