B) the work week/boyfriend arrangement - 4 night mid-week stays (people only needing to arrive Monday depart Friday) $400 per week includes bills
C) secure accomm arrangement - maxi long term eg 24 month rental accomm during this rental crisis for ease of moving in without buying, transporting, building furniture costs, and no rent increases for a long leases. $500 per week includes gas and water bills.
