Lovely neighbourhood, with lots of trees and birds singing. Away from much hustle and bustle but so close to transport to get to where you need, walking distance to high st and very close to Preston Markets.

Bedroom gets heaps of sunlight and is so cosy.

Study also furnished and perfect to work from home.

Optional: Apartment also has a bunny rabbit that lives here! Would love to have someone that could also take care of him. He is super easy and quiet. Has cage/litter that gets cleaned once a week - and he doesn’t smell at all! He’s a good boy that just wants to be left alone unless you have a piece of fruit to offer him. Would prefer to leave him at home but can arrange for someone to take him if you are not open to pet-sitting.
