Our home and Granny Flat are located in sort after Old Valentine (suburb with the lowest crime rate in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie) in a quiet and leafy area 200m walk to the lake and the beautiful Green Point walk. The quaint shopping centre is only a 1 minute level walk from home and includes cafes, restaurants, takeaway fast food, Foodworks Grocery Store, bottleshop, butchers, post office, hairdressers, medical centre, pharmacy, dentist and a gorgeous lakeside Bowling Club.

Warners Bay walking/cycling track around the lake starting at Eleebana is 3 minutes from home. Our whole message to you is a bit long so will send in parts.

An easy 7 minute drive has you at Redhead or Blacksmiths Beach. Charlestown Square is 10 minutes away, Lake Fair Shopping Centre is 5 minutes and Newcastle CBD is a 20 minute drive only.

Valentine has a regular bus service which also has the option of bus on demand 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm which will pick you up at your door! We have a quiet street with plenty of curb side parking and very friendly and caring neighbours.

Our home covers 3 storeys with the Granny Flat covering the entire lower floor. It has a separate entrance completely and looks out on our expansive backyard with pool, poolside outdoor alfresco setting, fountain and delightful gardens. All yours to enjoy. The Granny Flat is suitable for 1 person (non smoker essential) with no pets
The rent of $435 a week includes internet, electricity and water use. So no other extra costs.
