House is on the Number 45 bus route and is a 15min walk to the centre of bassendean (shopping centre, takeouts, Pub etc) and the train station on the Midland line.
The Granny Flat is a seperate building on the rear of the property which is available for a tenant to rent. I currently live alone in the main house with my friendly large labradoodle who will no doubt want to say hello when you're around.
